Younker has served in a wide range of roles in his 33-year career in Agriculture Turf, Ornamental and Specialty/Pest Control. Now based in Waleska, GA Younker will lead Morris Bixby’s expansion in Turf, Ornamental & Specialty/Pest Control Markets.

Prior to joining Morris Bixby, he started his career with UAP as an intern. Over the course of 12 years in distribution, he held positions of Territory Sales Rep., Illinois Sales Manager (Whole Sales and Retail Expansion) and as Assistant IOC Manager Illinois, Indiana & Kentucky. His scope expanded to Distribution Operation & Logistics, purchasing over site, DynAgro Seed launch and Regional UHS Team Member.
His desire to join the Basic side of the Chemical Business happened in September of 1995. He served as Sr. Territory Representative at Valent USA and AgreVo USA National Account Manager for AgreVo USA, and Aventis/Bayer Crop Science.
Upon joining The Scotts Company Professional Products Group marked his start of a 16+ year quest in the T&O, Pest Control and Specialty Products. Positions span from National Account Manager (Scotts), Director of Sales US (Brandt Consolidated), President (CEO/PROKoZ) & (SPECKoZ).
Younker earned his Associate Degree in Ag Business from Lake Land Jr. College, then transferred to Illinois State University received B.S. in Agronomy. He and his wife Pam will continue to reside in Georgia staying close to their son Austin and daughter Hannah/grandchild.
