Morris Bixby Group, a leading agribusiness executive search firm providing premier recruiting and career advancement services since 2000, is pleased to announce that Brian Uken has joined the firm as Vice President, Business Development and Strategy.

Brian has dedicated his entire career to serving the agriculture industry through leadership roles spanning agribusiness, crop protection, private equity, and global business development.

Prior to joining Morris Bixby Group, Brian was a Partner in Investor Relations and Asset Management at International Farming, a private equity investment firm focused on acquiring, developing, and managing farmland, agricultural technology investments, portfolio companies, and global food solutions.

Earlier in his career, Brian spent many years with Monsanto Company, where he held a variety of senior leadership positions in both the United States and internationally. His roles included Head of U.S. Crop Protection Marketing, Head of the Asia Pacific Region for Crop Protection, Seeds, and Biotechnology based in Singapore, and National Account Management. Most recently, Brian served at UPL as Head of North America Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, and Environmental Solutions, overseeing crop protection, seed treatment, biological, and specialty product portfolios.

Throughout his career, Brian has built a reputation for developing strong customer relationships, driving strategic growth, and delivering innovative solutions across the agricultural value chain.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Drake University.
