As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we wanted to sincerely thank all our customers over those years. We have had the opportunity to work with such a wide variety of companies and people which have made the past 25 years fun, exciting, and rewarding. The past couple of years have been the best and most rewarding we have had during our 25 years at Morris Bixby Group. We continue to partner with new customers in the Biological, Plant Health, Environmental and Data space, while growing our core segments in Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, Seed/Traits, Grain, and Animal markets. It’s been an exciting time to experience all the investment and focus on agriculture.

One question we have gotten numerous times over the past 25 years is “Who is Bixby?”. It’s a simple story. When we initially tried to incorporate the business as Morris Group, the name was already taken, and we needed something different.  Jay’s maternal grandparents were George and Verna Bixby from Hannibal, Missouri. Jay describes them as simple people with a humble lifestyle but a strong work ethic. They were good people that worked hard and took care of their family.

Today our emphasis is still on serving our clients, industry-specific marketing, and earning business based on delivering results.

As we look to the future Morris Bixby Group will continue to provide top-quality professional recruiting and career advancement services.
